If you wish to return or exchange an item(s) that you have purchased, please contact us before sending back any returns. 

All returned items must be in the condition that they were purchased. If we can tell the item has been used, or your carry items have left noticeable indents or marks, the item will he held until you pay for shipping back to you.  Used gear is not returnable except for manufacturing issues.

Reminder - you must call before sending back an item! 

Returns / Exchanges must be made within 30 days of shipment to receive a full refund of the purchase price. Returns / Exchanges after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 90 days.

Be advised - If you use your purchase for a few days or during a training session, and then decide it’s not for you - it’s yours plain and simple.  

In the event of a Return, once the item(s) has been returned to us and inspected, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) returned minus the initial shipping cost.

Refunds are made via the manner in which it was made.  If a credit card was used, the refund will go on that card.  If Paypal was used, the refund will be through Paypal.

Shipping costs are not refunded.

In a situation where an item is exchanged for a different size, shipping charges will be applied to the replacement item.  Payment for Exchange shipping charges can be made through Paypal or with a credit card.
