Return / Exchange Policy

Please note - you must call before sending back an item!

If you wish to return or exchange an item(s) that you have purchased, please contact us before sending back any returns.

Reminder - you must call before sending back an item! 

All returned items must be in the condition that they were purchased. If we can tell the item has been used or your carry items have left noticeable indents or marks, the item will he held until you pay for shipping back to you.  Used gear is not returnable except for manufacturing issues.

Returns / Exchanges must be made within 30 days of shipment to receive a full refund of purchase price.  Returns / Exchanges after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns / exchanges will be accepted after 90 days.

Be advised - If you use your purchase for a few days or during a training session, and then decide it’s not for you - it’s yours plain and simple.

In the event of a return, once the item(s) has been returned to us and inspected, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) returned minus the initial shipping cost.

Refunds will be made via the manner in which it was made.  If a credit card was used, the refund will go on that card.  If Paypal was used, the refund will be through Paypal.

Shipping costs are not refunded.

In a situation where an item is exchanged for a different size, shipping charges will be applied to the replacement item.  Payment for exchange shipping charges can be made through Paypal or with a credit card.

To limit refund delays, all returns should be sent to the address below:

Please send your return back via USPS.  UPS will not deliver to a P.O. box.

The trust that customers place with us in terms of handling their personal and payment information is very important.  Gear Up does not store any of this information on our computer system.  All shipping and payment information is stored off site with a secure processor.  Gear Up's computer system is PCI compliant.

Shipping addresses are shared only with the organizations needed to complete a delivery - UPS and USPS.

Payment information is only given to our merchant service provider for the purpose of processing payments for credit cards.  This information is given directly to our merchant service provider through the checkout process and is not stored on our computer systems. 

Customer contact information is not shared or sold.  Customer contact information is used only to promote new items, sales promotions, or news information.  Customers that no longer wish to be included in mailings are removed from the contact list.

Creating An Account

You have the option during the checkout process of creating an account with Gear Up. If you create an account, you will be able to speed up the checkout process with future orders and view past purchases.

Shipping Information

We'll make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible, but this may depend on inventory levels at the time your order is placed. If you would like to receive your order by a specific time, please contact us either by phone or email with that information.

Most shipments are made utilizing USPS. Every USPS package has a tracking number that is emailed to the customer upon its shipment. If you’re not receiving an email from Gear Up with tracking information, you may want to check your “Junk Mail” folder.

Once a package has been sent, delivery is beyond our control.  Gear Up will gladly assist with applying for additional tracking information for any package that is beyond the three week delivery time frame.

International Orders

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally.  Gear Up LLC ships product only to the 48 states that make up the Continental U.S. of A.
